If ClearPath acquires the property: Our estate sale management and cleanout services are covered as part of the home acquisition. There are no out-of-pocket service fees to you.

If we are not acquiring the property: Standard service fees apply. We'll outline everything clearly during your free consultation before any agreement is made.

In either case, the initial consultation is completely free with no commitment required.
